ESA SNAP-compatible Module for Thermal Noise Removal from Sentinel-1 Polarimetric Data.
A complete procedure to compute noise-free dual-pol covariance matrices with Sentinel-1 data, fully compatible with ESA SNAP software, has been developed. It is freely available at the GitHub repository.
The procedure is described in the following paper: https://doi.org/10.1109/LGRS.2021.3050921

SMRTool.
SMRTool is a tool for the application of the geomechanical classification Slope Mass Rating (Romana 1993) which is it programmed in MATLAB under GNU GPL license. It allows calculating the coefficients F1, F2 and F3 from the dip vectors of the slope (azimuth and dip) and the discontinuity (or the intersection line of planes in the case of a wedge). The software automatically calculates auxiliary angles A, B and C as well as the type of failure (wedge, planar or toppling). Introducing the basic RMR as well as the type of excavation method it calculates the SMR indicating their description, stability, modes of failure and system of support recommended by Romana (1993). As a novelty, as well as facilitate and automate the calculation, this is done according to the continuous (Tomás et al 2007) and discrete (Romana 1993) formulation.

DSE: Discontinuity Set Extractor
Discontinuity Set Extractor (DSE) is an open-source software to extract discontinuity sets from a rock mass. The input data is a 3D point cloud, which can be acquired by means of a 3D laser scanner (LiDAR or TLS), digital photogrammetry techniques (such as SfM) or synthetic data. It applies a proposed methodology to semi-automatically identify points members of an unorganised 3D point cloud that are arranged in 3D space by planes.
